Rude service advisors

Joe C. was very helpful and made the deal work to my expectations. Not pushy and not aggressive which is comforting from a car salesman. Give him a try if you’re in the market for a Land Rover.

Service department is an absolute disaster. The work is subpar, which honestly I can understand as sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned. The communication, however, is non existent. It took WEEKS to even get a call back and even then I get mixed answers, estimate, parts delivery etc.

Had a great experience at Land Rover Hinsdale thanks to Joe C. for helping and answering all my questions. Definitely recommend

We had the most wonderful experience working with Joe C. and team at LRH. Joe was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with us. We test drove many vehicles at this dealership and others and Joe knew exactly what we wanted, and when they received that vehicle, he notified us right away. The entire process was smooth. I purchased a used vehicle from Bill Jacobs Land rover / Jaguar in Hinsdale and I Honestly can believe how unprofessional they are. I was told that my car I was buying came with an extra set of tires and they continuously used the set of tires in the negotiations in purchasing the vehicle because the estimated value was about $2,000. I purchased a used vehicle from Bill Jacobs Land rover / Jaguar in Hinsdale and I Honestly can believe how unprofessional they are. I was told that my car I was buying came with an extra set of tires and they continuously used the set of tires in the negotiations in purchasing the vehicle because the estimated value was about $2,000. I followed up with the dealership consistently over 4 months for them to finally say sorry we cant give you the tires. I strongly recommend never buying a vehicle from this dealership or any of the Bill Jacob Dealerships because they didn't keep their end of the deal and will screw you without hesitation, just to get the deal done and not give you what was agreed on.

Agnes was first class from the greeting to completing the sale. Her honesty and transparency helped build the confidence I needed to make this vehicle purchase.
