Fantastic experience at the Hinsdale Land Rover location. My VW stalled in front of the store on Ogden Avenue. Jared, Jeff, Manny, Gabe and Kayla helped me by getting me safe and started up. It is obvious this is a well managed store with a great staff. I would highly recommend this group to anyone. Gary
Adam is an extremely helpful service tech. I very much like his service and Hinsdale Land Rover
He initially told me the tires were covered under warranty. He then called 2 hours later and said he made a mistake. Said the car would be ready by 2 pm at the latest. Got to the dealer at 3:45 and waited until about 5 pm to pick up the car. Did not include the warranty information in my check out packet. Could not find the wheel lock when I asked and took 10 minutes to get me answer while I waited outside. Car is missing 2 sets of wheel covers. Absolutely amazing service! Other dealerships should take lessons from here. Most vehicle service dealers in the area are terrible. I wasn't sure if I should buy another Land Rover but after my last visit I am seriously contemplating it! Adam did a great job!
