I had such a wonderful experience working with Agnus at Hinsdale Land Rover! I had my heart set on finding the right Defender 110, and Agnus never gave up on helping me find the one that felt perfect for me. Throughout the entire process, she was incredibly patient, helpful, responsive, and kind. What I appreciated most was that she was never once pushy. If I could give Tawny Gray 1,421 stars, I would. Truly. As an out-of-state buyer, I was nervous about buying a car without seeing it in person, but Tawny made the whole process SEAMLESS from start to finish. Aside from that, I was worried about flying all the way there and wasting an entire trip for nothing. I'm an extremely picky buyer. I spent almost three months researching this exact vehicle before making a decision. According to Visor.vin, there were only three comparable vehicles for sale in the ENTIRE country that matched the year, trim, low mileage, and exterior/interior color combination I wanted. I also shopped my financing with more than 30 lenders. Not only did Tawny answer every question I had, but he also beat EVERY INTEREST RATE I found on my own. One thing I really appreciated was that he was never pushy. I'm a Type A personality and work in sales myself (Real Estate), so I ask a lot of questions and research everything. He never got annoyed, no matter how many questions I threw at him. Ironically, when it comes time to negotiate for myself, the last thing I want to do is be on the defensive. That never happened here. Tawny was patient, honest, and never made me feel pressured. When I was nervous about putting down a large deposit to hold the car, he sent me a detailed video showing the entire vehicle, inside and out. What impressed me most was that he even pointed out the couple of tiny flaws when I never asked him to. At one point I was even worried the vehicle might have an odor from the previous owner, so yes... I actually asked him to smell the interior for me. Instead of laughing or brushing me off, he did it without hesitation and gave me an honest answer. That kind of transparency is incredibly rare, and it gave me the confidence to move forward. I'm probably every salesperson's worst nightmare. I sent Tawny a long list of questions, and he answered every single one quickly. He sent me the Carfax, all of the service records, the original window sticker, and anything else I asked for. Once I booked my flight, I sent him my itinerary, and he arranged for a private driver (not just an Uber) to pick me up from Midway Airport. It was just another example of how much he cared about making the experience as smooth as possible. He truly handled my entire purchase with kid gloves. After months of research, I can honestly say I got an incredible deal. Similar vehicles I tracked were selling anywhere from about $45,000 to over $52,000, and Tawny helped me buy mine for substantially less than that. I walked away feeling like I got an amazing deal, and I never felt like I was being "sold" to or pressured into anything. Once we met and he took me to the car, he simply stepped back and let me look it over at my own pace before we went on the test drive. Buying a car can be stressful, especially from another state, but Tawny made this one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. If you're shopping at Jaguar Land Rover Hinsdale, do yourself a favor and ask for Tawny Gray. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle from him!

We had a wonderful experience purchasing a used car from Agnes at JLR Hinsdale. The process was super smooth and done with sincere respect. In addition, after sale contact has been amazing to make sure we are enjoying the vehicle.
